Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it. This means the product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with its original packaging, tags, accessories, labels, and any included materials.
Items that show signs of use, washing, wear, stains, odors, damage, missing parts, or altered packaging may not be accepted for return.
Personalized, customized, or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Return Shipping
If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will help resolve the issue and may cover the return shipping cost or provide another suitable solution.
If the return is due to personal preference, wrong size selection, change of mind, or any reason not caused by our mistake, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is caused by an error on our part.
We do not charge restocking fees.
Refunds

Lost or Delivered Packages
If the shipping carrier marks your package as delivered but you cannot find it, please first check around your delivery location, with neighbors, household members, building staff, mailrooms, or your local carrier office.
